USCutter will repair or replace parts and equipment found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period subject to the policy. An extended warranty can be purchased for USCutter branded machines (MH, SC2, Laserpoint 3, TITAN, and Prismcut) at time of purchase.
Generally speaking within your first year of purchase (first two for TITAN cutters), almost any part of the cutter that has been found to be defective or has become defective is covered under warranty, if your machine has become damaged or otherwise dysfunctional, please get in contact with tech support by phone or email.
