If you would like to remove or deactivate Sure Cuts a Lot Pro from the current computer to clear the license for use elsewhere, here's what you need to do:
- Open the program on the currently activated computer.
- Go to the HELP menu along the top of the screen, then click DEACTIVATE
- Follow the prompts provided by your program to deactivate your Product Serial Number (PSN) for your software.
- Redownload your software on the new computer by submitting your PSN here.
- Follow the prompts during install on your new computer including using the PSN for your program.
Only deactivation is required on your old PC, but you can uninstall at this point if desired.
If you no longer have access to the original computer that had your Activated License on it, please submit a ticket using the Submit Ticket link at the top of the page. Be sure to include the PSN that you are trying to use as well as the original order number you received when ordering your machine/software from us.
