SawGrass Warranty and Return Information

Please note that you cannot do a return for refund on the Dye Sublimation printers once the inks have been installed. You can only do a warranty exchange or replacement through Sawgrass.


The warranty, and exchange procedures for the Sawgrass printers go directly through Sawgrass their Support team. For all troubleshooting process, and support contact you must get in touch with Sawgrass support. They can be reached by submitting a ticket on their website by clicking on the link provided.
