USCutter does not regularly process orders over the weekend so that could be a possible source of delay. All orders can take up to 5 business days to be delivered (continental US, international can take longer) so make sure you plan for up to 5 business days for your order to be received. If you place your order past 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time then the order will not ship until the next day, and clock on UPS Expedited Shipping doesn't start until the day after it ships.
