Why is my order taking so long to process?

USCutter does not regularly process orders over the weekend so that could be a possible source of delay. All orders can take up to 5 business days to be delivered (continental US, international can take longer) so make sure you plan for up to 5 business days for your order to be received. If you place your order past 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time then the order will not ship until the next day, and clock on UPS Expedited Shipping doesn't start until the day after it ships. If you feel that it has been over 5 business days please contact us at 1-425-481-3555 M-F 7:30-11:30 AM - 12:30-4:00 PM PST so that we can look into the matter for you.
