Where is my order?

After purchasing products from USCutter.com you should receive an email with your shipments tracking information within 24 hours. A tracking number is provided for each package. Often times, a packages contain multiple products. You may use these tracking numbers to discover where your packages are and/or report any missing shipments.
 

You may also view all of your tracking numbers per order via your USCutter.com account. To do so:

  1. Log into "My Account" at https://www.uscutter.com/index/page/login.
  2. Review your order history and click on any orders you are looking to check up on.
  3. Click on the tracking numbers provided in any given order to see their status.
 
NOTE: If you do not see your order, cannot log into your USCutter account, or just have further questions about your order, please call us at 1-425-481-3555 M-F 7:30-11:30 AM - 12:30-4:00 PM PST. An agent will be happy to help!
