This issue is normally seen because there is an option associated with the product that has not been selected. In the case of vinyl cutters this means one or more of the items that you can bundle with the cutter has not been selected. In the case of vinyl it likely means that you have not selected the specific color, or sometimes this can mean that you have not selected the size of vinyl that you want.
