How do I return an item for a refund?

You have 30 days, starting from the date product is received, to initiate a return. After 30 days items are no longer eligible for return.

 Special Order Items and Drop-Shipments from the manufacturer are not eligible for return to USCutter and cannot be refunded.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY USCUTTER BEFORE ANY PRODUCT IS SHIPPED BACK. Return requests may take up to 2 business days to process. Once approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA will expire 30 days from the date it is issued.

You can submit a return request from your USCutter account. If you purchased a USCutter item through Amazon or eBay you will need to set up your return through those channels.

Log into your USCutter account and navigate to the My Account link on the right side Quick Links menu.

Select the order that has the item in it.

Once the order is open you can click on the Return or Replace Items button. This button is available for 40 days from the date the order is placed.

If you do not see a button you will need to contact an agent to set up a manual return. If button is gone your request may be outside of USCutter return policy.

You will now be able to select the specific item you want to flag by clicking the Return this item button.

You will be able to specify quantity, how you would like it processed, and the reason for requesting return. Click Preview your Request once the information is entered.

Return reason types:

  • Product Replacement -  generally used in relation to order errors. Replacement return requests for an alternative item will usually result in USCutter store credit so you can apply it toward any items you wish after the return is received.
  • USCutter Store Credit - value of item is applied to your USCutter account after return is received. Allows you to quickly use on future purchases.
  • Refund - value of item is applied to your original payment method after return is received. May take up to 2 to 5 business days depending on your institutions processes.

If any of these fields are missing or incomplete it may delay processing.

You can now review what is sent to our processing team through the ticketing system. Please make any changes, add additional information if needed, and attach images at this time. Images are required if you are reporting the receipt of an item other than what you ordered or to verify damage on an item.

Click Submit RMA Request to send the request. It may take up to 2 business days for your request to be fully processed.
