If there is an issue with the products or materials you received with you order, please submit a ticket via the support site. An agent will be happy to assist you. Please note, that per our policies, Customers have 5 business days to report product or order issues, based on tracking delivery time.If replacement is required or return requested due order failure, No restocking fee is to be assessed in this scenario.If replacement is required, a shipping label will be provided at no charge to the customer. The customer will be responsible for dropping the Return item off at a FedEx/UPS location. If the item was not received at all, we will confirm via tracking the weight of the shipment and then cross-reference that weight against the weights of the items on the invoice.Upon confirmation of the item not being received we will immediately dispatch the missing item to the client. Standard shipping methods will apply. If expedited shipping is required (ie: overnight delivery) the cost of shipping will be at the customer's expense but at USCutter's corporate rate.
