If it has been 30 mins or more since you placed your order, we may not have the ability to change it or cancel it. If you are able to contact our customer service team immediately then we may be able to adjust or halt the order. As a general rule if you place you order during our hours of operation (6am-4pm PST) and do not contact us by phone within 30 minutes then we will not be able to alter the order. All orders are picked, packed and shipped by a very fast automated system. If an order status reflects "In Shipping" it cannot be stopped or adjusted any longer.
