If you suspect that your product is defective: If it is a consumable item, Do not use the material. Used product cannot be returned.Report (call or email) the defect within 5 days of receiving item(s) based on FedEx delivery time as noted on tracking report so that our support staff can work to assess the issue.If the consumable item is a “roll” type material or ink the report deadline is extended to a total of 90 days. A picture or video should be attached to the ticket/email showing the suspected defect or failure. A sample of the defective material may be requested prior to swapping out or returning the material.
