In order to change the shipping address of your order, please log into your account at uscutter.com. Once in your account you can change the shipping address and any other necessary information. Please make these changes in your account versus the order. There are instances where the address change may not save in the order due to settings in your personal computer and can cause your order to ship to an incorrect destination.
If you did not update the shipping address prior to placing your order, the shipment will go to an incorrect address. In order to help stop this from happening, you must contact our Customer Service team and ask that the order is re-routed.
