UPS Surepost is not available for orders over 9 lbs as our UPS Ground Rates become more competitive.

$11.99 UPS Ground Shipping

USCutter understands the importance of getting orders delivered in the shortest time possible. That's why USCutter has two warehouses, in Memphis, TN and in Seattle, WA. With this arrangement, USCutter is able to deliver most of its orders in 2-3 days via UPS Ground service. However, note that according to UPS, delivery using UPS Ground service takes 1-5 days based on distance to destination. Click HERE for more details.

Most orders ship UPS Ground. Orders shipped from our Memphis, TN warehouse usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days depending on their proximity to Memphis. For example, most of the Midwest, South, and East are within the 2 day shipping range.

Orders shipped from our Seattle warehouse reach most of our Western customers within 2 to 3 days, including 2 days to Northern California. If you need your order sooner, select UPS's expedited shipping at check out.

Orders placed by 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time ship the same day. For instance, if a customer in Florida places an order on a Thursday at 1:00 pm CST, that order will ship that day and arrive the following Monday. 2nd day service does not count the day it ships, nor does it include weekends, as these are not business days. Tracking numbers for all orders are emailed to the customer's email address upon shipment. Please remember to update your email address with us. 

There are cases where we ship certain items Unites States Priority Mail if they are small, lightweight, and the service level is equivalent to UPS. There are also certain cases involving over-sized equipment where our flat rate does not apply and we have to ship via common carrier.

Please allow 1 day processing added to time-frames. The normal 2:30pm cutoff does not apply to freight shipments.

Addional Fees

Insurance - all orders over $1,000 will be charged an additional $50 to cover insurance.

Lift-gate - Additional flat fee will be charged for lift-gate as follows: $100 for residential delivery, and $75 for business delivery.

Delivery Address Change - All delivery addresses changed after an order has shipped, will be charged an additional $15.00 shipping fee.
